A Bank at Work Partner is any company that offers the benefits of Earthmover Credit Union to its employees. Many businesses are surprised to find that they can extend the financial benefit of credit union membership to their employees at no cost. Founded in 1958 and currently boasting over 200 Bank at Work Partners and over 25,000 members, Earthmover Credit Union has long specialized in supplying credit union services to local businesses and their employees. As a not for profit financial institution owned by our members (those who bank with us), we on average have lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and less fees than banks. These benefits are passed directly to our members.

The enrollment process is simple and requires no contracts. Our goal is to make the process of offering credit union benefits to your employees as simple as possible. Once your company becomes a Bank at Work Partner, we will provide an on-site orientation/enrollment session for your employees to educate them on how Earthmover can best serve their personal banking needs and to enroll those who want to utilize their credit union benefits. We will also supply your Human Resources Department with a complete line of credit union brochures and materials for all new and existing employees. After the initial roll-out of the program, we offer the accessibility of the Earthmover staff to continue visiting your facility to inform your employees of their credit union benefits, administer financial education seminars, help your organization promote direct deposit, and much more.
