Account security is our priority. That's why we're launching SecureAlerts, a free real-time transaction alert system that lets you monitor account activity through personalized alerts. That means you'll receive a message when transactions occur. SecureAlerts will help you manage your money and keep your account safe.
There are dozens of SecureAlerts available to set up, from debit card use to ATM withdrawals to a check clearing over a specified amount. You can receive alerts through text, email or mobile banking push notification, making it even easier to spot suspicious activity.
For all users
On Nov. 7, all online banking users will be prompted to validate their current email address after entering their username and password. Once verified, members will gain full access to their accounts.
Any previous account alerts you have set up in online or mobile banking will not transfer to our new system. Log on to online banking to activate SecureAlerts on or after Nov. 7.
How to set up
It's easy to set up SecureAlerts!
1. Log on to online or mobile banking. Select Settings>Security Center>Account and Security Alerts.
2. Click Alert Types to view the list of available alerts.
3. Select the Alerts you'd like to receive for each account. Then, select which method you'd like to receive your messages: text, email or mobile banking push notification. Click Save to complete the process.
