Mobile Deposit is a great feature that allows you to make a check deposit from anywhere at any time. It makes banking even easier! Simply snap a photo of the front and back of your check and send it our way with Mobile Deposit.

Getting started is easy:
  • Download our ECU Mobile App (available at your mobile app store)
  • Click on Deposit
  • Sign up by creating a login and password
  • Once approved, you are ready to use it!

How does Mobile Deposit work?
Once you are enrolled and logged into Earthmover’s Mobile Deposit, you can simply take a picture with your smartphone and submit your deposit following the easy instructions on your phone.
Is there a fee?
There is no fee for this service.
What are my limits and how are limits determined?
A limit will be assigned to you dependent on your account relationship and based on our internal guidelines.
Will my funds be available immediately?
Generally, depending on when you make the deposit, the funds will be available within 1-2 days. However, if an extended hold is needed, we will contact you to explain the hold.
What is the cutoff time for Mobile Deposit?
Deposits made and accepted before 3pm CST (Monday-Friday) will be credited to your account generally after 6:30pm CST the same business day. Deposits made after 3pm CST will be credited to your account generally after 6:30pm CST the next business day. Saturday and Sunday deposits will be processed on Monday.
How do I know the deposit went through?
You can review a history of your transaction under “Review” in Mobile Deposit. Here you will be able to tell if your transaction was accepted or rejected.
How to endorse the check?
When making a Mobile Deposit, please write “For RDC Deposit” along with your signature.
How long should I keep my check for after the deposit?
Once you make the mobile deposit and get a reference number, write down the reference number on the check and keep the check for 30 days.
How do I reset my password or username?
If you happen to forget either your password or username, please contact Earthmover Credit Union at 630.844.4950 to get reset.
