Online Banking and Bill Pay
Earthmover Credit Union has upgraded its online banking platform and released a new mobile banking app. With this upgrade, it will be necessary to download a new mobile app from the phone's app store. For assistance with any issues accessing the system like password resets or resetting security questions, you can contact our Call Center during normal business hours found HERE.
What to expect?
All of your account history will be available in the new system. Once you've logged on to the new system, make sure all of your accounts are displayed, and make sure your personal information and preferences are set up properly.

Online Banking Users First time log on (AFTER OCTOBER 8th, 2017)
User ID/Logon: Enter your CURRENT online banking User ID/Logon ID
Password: Your password has been RESET to the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number. Use the last 6 digits of your SSN as your “Current” password. The system will automatically ask you to change your Password thereafter.
- Password: Use a minimum of 8 characters
- Must use at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number, and 1 special character "-',#@:?!()$/\.).
- You will be asked to complete 5 new security questions.
- Download new Earthmover CU Mobile App from your app store.
Any Account Alerts you've set up in the old system will not be available in the new online system. It's easy to set up your Account Alerts - just click on the Settings menu and select Security and Alerts.
Bill Pay Users
Our bill pay will be a more intuitive payment center to schedule and enroll new merchants. All merchants will carry over along with scheduled payments. Best practice moving forward is to schedule your payment the day the payment is expected to reach the payee vs. selecting the date you want the payment to start processing. The debit from your account will occur on the payment date you selected. If you have any questions about Bill Pay, please call 844-699-4551 between the hours of 6am-12am CST seven days a week.
Your existing estatements will be available back through September 2016. Moving forward, eStatements will be available online for 18 months.
There will be a delay with eNotices. You will receive paper notices until the eNotices become available.
Mobile App Users
Our Mobile App will be upgraded and you will be required to download our new app. Our current app will no longer work beginning January 1st, 2018. The new Mobile App will be available to download on Monday, October 9th, 2017. Exact time is not known. The new Mobile App comes with great new features like Instant Balance, TouchID for Apple device users, new Mobile Deposit with a single login (available December 2017), and Person to Person payments. Mobile Deposit Users
Mobile Deposit it now available through our new Mobile App. To access this service, download our new Mobile App (available at your mobile app store: iPhone or Android.) and click Deposit. For more information about Mobile Deposit click HERE.
Online banking transactions will be available for export to Quicken on Tuesday, October 10th. In addition, with this upgrade, effective Tuesday, October 17th, you will be able to "Express Web Connect" your Earthmover CU accounts. That means you can set up Quicken to automatically update your Earthmover CU accounts without have to log into Earthmover's Online Banking platform. On Tuesday, October 17th, you will be able to link your Earthmover CU accounts with your Mint.com account.
There will be a service interruption for PopMoney users. On Tuesday, September 27th, PopMoney will be unavailable until October 8th, at 9am.
