COVID-19 Hardship Assistance Options
We have developed various different relief options to help our members during these unprecedented times. Please contact us at 630-844-4950 to discuss these relief options.
- Skip loan payments: Skip loan payments for up to three months on consumer loans.
- Interest Only Payments: Available for loans secured with real estate and consumer loans.
- Skip Visa credit card payments: Skip your credit card payment for May (April Statement) and June (May Statement).
- Fee refunds: Receive certain account related refunds.
